  • Before-and-after project showcases

  • Online advertising

  • Digital marketing

Viking Elite will not intentionally photograph or publish private areas or personal belongings that are unrelated to the work being performed.

Customers may request that Viking Elite not publicly use photographs or videos of their project for advertising, website, social media, or other promotional purposes.

Customers who do not want their project photographs or videos used publicly should notify Viking Elite before or during the project.

Once Viking Elite receives an opt-out request, we will not use new photographs or videos from that customer's project for future promotional purposes and will make reasonable efforts to discontinue Viking Elite's future use of previously published materials.

An opt-out request may not result in the immediate removal or recall of materials that have already been printed, distributed, archived, reposted by third parties, or otherwise placed outside Viking Elite's reasonable control.

An opt-out from promotional use does not prevent Viking Elite from taking, retaining, or internally using photographs or videos when reasonably necessary for:

  • Estimates and project planning

  • Documentation of pre-existing conditions

  • Project and service records

  • Documentation of work performed

  • Quality control

  • Warranty administration

  • Insurance matters or claims

  • Payment or collection disputes

If you do not want photographs or videos of your project used for Viking Elite's advertising, website, or social media, please notify us before or during your project.
